1. Use of Services
By using the services of Appologix Software House, clients agree to provide accurate information and cooperate during the project process. Our services include software development, website development, and other IT solutions. Clients must ensure that their requests and project requirements comply with applicable laws.
2. Project Agreements and Payments
All projects will be carried out according to the agreed scope, timeline, and pricing discussed with the client. Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule before or during project milestones. Delays in payment may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Once the project is completed and full payment is received, the final deliverables may be transferred to the client as agreed in the contract. However, Appologix Software House may retain the right to display completed work in its portfolio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of company-owned materials is not allowed.
4. Service Limitations and Liability
While we strive to provide reliable and high-quality IT services, Appologix Software House cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of all software or websites. The company will not be responsible for losses caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or external system failures.
5. Changes and Termination of Services
Appologix Software House reserves the right to modify service terms or discontinue services if necessary. Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party fails to meet the agreed terms. Any completed work up to that point will be billed according to the work performed.
